Keep tenants informed and building work accountable

Book a Demo

The commercial industry is the buildings where business happens that includes office towers, shopping malls, and mixed-use developments, owned by landlords or investors and run by facilities teams on behalf of tenants. Those buildings run on dozens of vendors at once - HVAC contractors, lift engineers, cleaners, electricians - each with their own ticket system, or none at all. When a tenant reports a warm floor or a faulty lift, the complaint passes from the front desk to a facilities inbox to a contractor's phone, and the trail goes quiet. The work may get done, but nobody can show when, by whom, or what was found - and the tenant is left chasing updates while the lease renewal quietly approaches.

FeeBee fits commercial portfolios by making the record the shared language between the building team, the contractor, and the tenant. A QR scan opens the ticket, every step - assignment, findings, photos, closure - is written to one traceable trail, and the tenant is told what happened at each step. Nothing about the work itself changes; what changes is that "closing the loop" stops being a promise and becomes a record the manager can open, check, and show.

FeeBee Mechanism

Every complaint follows the same five-stage flow: an issue is detected - a hot floor or faulty lift - and a complaint is initiated by IoT monitoring, a user report, or an occupant's call. The FeeBee platform logs it, categorizes it, assigns priority and vendor, and tracks it, notifying at every step. The vendor acts, calling in sub-vendors, working the ticket through the four-step process - Greet, Stage, Diagnose & Repair, Completed, Verified & Closed. The loop closes when the owner is notified: the owner stays updated, and a complaint is resolved only once its repair is verified and closed.
